Ministers of the European member states met again on December 2nd and 3rd 2007 at the Cultural Center in Lisbon summoned by the European Commission in conjunction with the Portuguese Presidency of the European Council.
Functioning both as a follow-up to the Minesterial Declaration agreed upon in Riga in 2006 and as a preparatory step for the e-Inclusion International Summit in 2008, the minesterial debate revolved around several crucial policy issues related to e-Inclusion while the accompanying exhibition featured excelling research projects on e-Inclusion along with examples of the leading technologies available on the market.
